Script for my teaser trailer (even if it is only about 40 seconds!!)

This is my script to my teaser trailer. I have decided to to not put much dialogue in it at all as this is how a director who I admire greatly has done their teaser trailers. They have more fade outs and more of location shots and shots with actors but without any dialogue.

Establishing shot of the location at the beginning to let the audience know where we are. Fade out onto the next shot which is a panning shot of the character to show yet more of the location. Fade out to show a man standing behind my main character in the distance to show that there is something there that should not be there. A black screen with the words 'What will it take for her to believe...' Wash out to a over the shoulder shot from the character who we saw in the background to show from the mans perspective of the main character. A tilting shot will then be used of the main character to ensure that the audience knows who we are focusing on. This then leads onto the bedroom scene where we see our main character crying.

Female lead : (crying) I miss him. I miss him so much.

Another black screen with the words 'He is only a single breath away?'. This will then be fade out and then a reaction shot of the female support where it will then be a blackout and the name of the movie will appear on the screen. A black screen with the title 'Mon Visiteur' comes onto the screen. This then fades onto the next shot of the female support looking at the female lead where she speaks the words...

Female support : (comfortingly) He's here.

This will then black out to say when the movie will be distributed.
